Return shipping must be payed by customer and depending on the situation and reason, after returned item is accepted and processed buy our warehouse, you can ask for new product, coupon code with the amount of previous order or full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
If one of the below-mentioned circumstances were met, we will refund your money fully.
- If purchased products are provably damaged
- If your order does not arrive within 45 business days
- The sent order was wrong.

If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your card and you will receive the credit within a certain amount of time, depending on payment gateway policies.

Customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
